OAuth2 Client Authentication section of docs uses deprecated classes

We should update the [Client Authentication](https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/reference/servlet/oauth2/client/client-authentication.html) page of the docs to use the `RestClient`-based implementations instead of the deprecated `Default` (`RestOperations`-based) ones.
