Fix broken links in docs

**Describe the bug**
Some links in the Spring Security docs are broken. 

**To Reproduce**
Run a link checker browser plugin against the [Spring Security docs](https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/site/docs/current/reference/html5/) and verify the broken links report

**Expected behavior**
The links should point to a valid URL.
