Menu Item for "Run Configurations" should be "Spring Boot DevTools Client"

Describe the bug

Is not critical but the current Spring Boot Devtools Client item available in the Run Configurations dialog window should be Spring Boot DevTools Client instead. Observe the DevTools part

According with the following links:

• Spring Boot Reference Documentation appears the DevTools term
• 8.3. Automatic Restart the DevTools term appears in the beginning of the Triggering a restart block and the 2nd/3rd Note blocks
• https://start.spring.io do click at the Add Dependencies link, search and add as a dependency, in both points of interaction - when appears as a result to be added and when is finally added as dependency - always is used the DevTools part
