update spring.io/tools page

Update https://spring.io/tools page for the Spring Tools 5 GA release:

• mention Cursor (another section of supported environments)
• update text blurb where necessary

This is work in progress. Creating a second page for the RCs is done via:

• https://github.com/spring-io/spring-website/pull/381
• https://github.com/spring-io/spring-website-content/pull/873

Once that is done, we need to remove the RC specific page again and replace the main one with this new content.
