cleanup/remove more entries from Error Log

We need to reduce the amount of things we log to the Error Log view further. The next step here is to remove the information statements while deploying and running Spring apps on docker via the boot dashboard. The log statements are:

• Creating log handler. Now active: 1
• ResultCallback.onStart. Now active: 1
• Closing ResultCallback. Now active: 0
• Closing log handler. Now active: 0
