Hi,
Here is the code which adds the support to YAML apiDocs beside JSON.
Yaml doesn't need formatting because it must be formatted to be a valid Yaml.
Please have a look at my PR when you have time and let me know if it would be okay for you.
The code has been tested and it works for me.
