We can schedule this script using Task Scheduler.
- Go to Task Scheduler.
- Create new task.
- Navigate to Actions: select the path of the script.
- Navigate to Conditions: Unflag Power options.
- Navigate to Triggers: Select 'On Startup'.
- Click on Ok.
- Restart the system.
