• Minor namespace fix to get user_cas and owncloud 9.0 working
• move code to app subdirectory so we can mount as Docker volume without including .git directory
• Modify code to use CAS system configuration settings (if they exist). System settings are saved as app settings and are only set once. Subsequent calls ignore system settings and default to app settings.
