support of "IN" from advanced comparison operators

Hi,

"LIKE" from https://docs.ogc.org/is/21-065r2/21-065r2.html#conf_advanced-comparison-operators seems to be supported, but the super useful "IN" is missing. Could it be added to the default configuration?

@MathewNWSH IN seems to be supported in CQl2 filter: https://github.com/stac-api-extensions/filter?tab=readme-ov-file#example-15-using-the-in-list-predicate

Can you be a bit more specific about your issue?

🤔 looking at https://github.com/geopython/pygeofilter/blob/25743c9c5472f1d77a76607e3364418919d1f25e/pygeofilter/cql2.py#L9-L24 it seems that IN is not in the list
