The transaction signer should upon receiving a bitcoin transaction sign request, validate that the transaction only fulfills deposit and withdraw requests that have been accepted by the signer and if that is true, respond with a message acknowledging the sign request.

Definition of done

The transaction signer acknowledges valid bitcoin transaction sign requests.
