This MVP builds on the proof of concept milestone and tracks something that people would actually be able to ship in a "real" application. Even if it lacks more advanced functionality required for vehicle routing (ex: lane guidance), it should be usable in an application like cycling or walking and the core functionality should have a reasonable amount of polish for the functionality available.

In broad terms, a PoC must minimally be useful for walking or cycling in Seoul.

The PoC demonstrates the stack end-to-end with a real routing backend in a real environment, running in an example on both iOS and Android. The app doesn't have to be pretty, but it does have to demonstrate the entire stack working from end to end on both platforms.

Upon the completion of the PoC, development can be more easily parallelized among multiple contributors.
