This phonemizer is based on Syo's old Cantonese list. It supports both full "base" syllables as well as fallbacks without a final. It also supports both jyutping and Hanzi input.
I might split the Hanzi-to-jyutping conversion into a separate file one day, something like a Base Cantonese Phonemizer, if there is demand for it. This also counts for a possible Cantonese CVVC Phonemizer.
I might also add custom dictionary support if there is demand, although I'm not sure it's necessary (but who knows).
