Add Footer Component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A footer is an important element which provides useful links to other areas of the website while the users have reached the end of the page. Additionally, it also ease users to directly surf into the content provided inside the footer instead of searching it again.

Add a footer element in the bottom of the page.
