Adding R/Python interfacing presentation

Adding my presentation notes to the classroom repository. My presentation topic was about calling R from Python and vice versa.

• Use the python in the virtual environment when setting up 'use_python'
• Use relative path to access the data (the noise data is not in the current folder)
• The chunk from lines 316-354 returned errors that need to be fixed.
• Test it with quarto render _interface2R.qmd before submission.
