Prevent dApps, console and bots (?) to be added to group chat

Type: Bug

Summary: We do not have any chat functionality with dapps for now so I dont see any reason to have them being added to group chat along with normal contacts. Currently this causes missing commands in group chat

Expected behavior

dapps are not in contact list when creating group chat so I am not able to add them
console should also be removed from selection
bots? I assume too but need some insight maybe @denis-sharypin can advise

Actual behavior

i can add dapps to group chat and when i do this commands disappear

Reproduction

• Open Status
• create a group chat with jarrad and any dapp
