Prevent DApps and bots to be added to existing group chat

Type: Bug

Summary: DApps, bots and console should not be allowed to be added to a group chat according to #3292. Currently this is the case only when a new group chat is being created -- the list contains only people. But in case of an existing group chat, they can still be added in via "Add members" in Chat Settings.

Expected behavior

DApps, bots and console can't be added to group chats. Even in Chat Settings

Actual behavior

DApps, bots and console can be added to group chats in Chat Settings -> Add members

Reproduction

• Open Status
• Open existing group chat
• Click menu, View profile
• In Chat Settings, click Add Members and add DApp or bot

Additional Information

• Status version: nightly, Feb 26
• Operating System: Android, iOS
