On macOS Tahoe 26.2 (25C56):
$ remindctl --help | head -n1
remindctl 0.1.1
Running this only results in an error message, however no pop-up/prompt is shown.
$ remindctl authorize
Reminders access: Denied
Reminders access denied. Run `remindctl authorize` to trigger the prompt, then allow Terminal (or remindctl) in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Reminders. If running over SSH, grant access on the Mac that runs the command.
