Mission

Stellar Fox aims to help solve fundamental human right violation that is often overlooked and unfortunately seldom questioned, mainly, free and permission-less transfer of value between individuals, independent of their current geographical location.

Rationale

In January 2009 it was practically proven that a fundamental problem in computer science has finally been solved. The solution allowed for simulation of digital scarcity and transfer of value represented with digital tokens, which could not be double spent. This discovery spawned a plethora of research projects, proposals and implementations of protocols that take advantage of simulating scarcity in a digital world where everything can be duplicated with almost no cost.

One of the protocols that came out in 2014 specifically targets the problem of transferring money. Stellar is an open source protocol that creates inter-operability between all kinds of financial institutions and makes transfer of value, represented by different currencies and assets possible, virtually with no cost to end user.

Permission-less transfer does not necessarily exclude proper identification of clients or abiding by local and federal laws. All the participating clients and all value transfers can be properly identified and recorded according to the KYC/AML requirements of the countries where individuals involved in value exchange currently reside. Stellar protocol also allows platform operators to be in full compliance with money transmitting laws.

Carefully researching and merging existing cutting-edge technologies we believe the platform can be created, which finds a "sweet spot" between complexity and ease of use, while also, being secure enough to be able to provide usability to an average user.
