What
Add muxed accounts to minimal number of places treating them as first-class addresses.
Why
As an experiment in some code outside the monorepo I'm playing with and I wanted to isolate the code in a PR so it isn't accidentally deleted as a branch. Most of the code has been pulled from @2opremio's PR #2612.
