The functionality of 1.0.0-rc0 is completely consistent with 1.0.0; only the version number has changed.

The functionality of 1.0.0-rc0 is completely consistent with 1.0.0; only the version number has changed, so we can choose to release a patch version, or we can also release it later along with other changes.

Update:
I noticed that although we bumped the version, we haven't released it. Perhaps we can merge this PR and then release it to Maven central.
