Now we have networking it's normal practice to want a production & development environments for the app. One way to do this is by Build Configurations with .xcconfig files & Schemes.
This PR adds two schemes and allows the changing of the product name & bundle ID via
.xcconfigfiles.Again, it's hard to reason what the changes are in the project file.
