Feature request: disable LSP fallback for specific file types

wgsl_analyzer's formatter is broken on neovim, so I need a way to disable it. But I didn't find any proper way to disable that without disable lsp fallback as a whole.

As of #491 there is an easy way to do this. Set the default behavior to use LSP formatting, and then configure your specific filetype to not.
