Fix issue in vterm to allow the user to scroll the Claude buffer while the LLM is streaming a response. See [issue comment](#68 (comment)).

This looks good, I would just add a comment somewhere clarifying that this is a hack and should probably be addressed upstream. |

The new advice seems to be interfering with
claude-code--adjust-window-size-advice, need to fix before merging.
