Ability to Modify Color of All Pages in Section or Notebook

Problem to Solve

I use the "Set Page Color" utility to modify the background of a page to a color that I customized. However, it appears that the utility can only change one page color at a time. In order to set all the pages in a section to the same color I have to use a Onetastic macro I wrote. I would like to uninstall Onetastic but this is one of the few remaining feature gaps that I require and so have to keep it for now.

New Feature/Solution

Add a section and notebook option to the Set Page Color utility.

Alternative Solutions

Implement a feature like Onetastic where you can easily create macros. I looked at the existing plugin option but it looked pretty complex.

Additional Context

My requirement for this feature is a little esoteric so I'm not going to go into the details, but I would use this feature frequently if it were implemented.
