Problem to Solve

#803 added the ability to stack background images
#861 added the auto-save of the Resize and Adjust Image dialog settings

This request is to

  • Add an auto-size option to resize images.
  • Separate the stack background images feature out into its own command.
  • Persist the percentage resize value
