Problem to Solve

As a keyboard warrior, I want a quick and simple way to apply the basic text attributes to selected text, including My Styles, Bold, Italic, Underline, as well as colors and highlights.

New Feature/Solution

Press a key sequence (Ctrl+OemComma) to open a window similar to the Command Palette showing a list of styles that can be applied.

When applying a style multiple times, it should toggle that style over the selected text, unless choosing a custom My Style, in which case, it applies the entire style.

There should be a list of text colors and highlight colors that can be applied.
