The second alpha release of the complete camstudio recorder rewrite. This alpha release only contains the fix for the broken region selection on systems with multiple monitors.
Fixed bugs:
#24 Region selection is broken on systems with multiple monitors.
Debug console was created in release build.
Known issues:
#23 Building on windows 7 broken due to permissive- being incompatible with the win7 sdk.
#26 Installer does not contain visual studio 2017 redistributable.
#27 Mp4 container format does not support camcodec.
