A default one is provided with STM32Ethernet library. Add a file named "STM32lwipopts.h" in the sketch folder (or in a variant) could be used instead of the default config. Signed-off-by: Frederic Pillon <frederic.pillon@st.com>

Require using STM32EThernet library including this PR stm32duino/STM32Ethernet#8 (should be 1.0.3)
