Autoclose question after X seconds #8

As game creator I want to define a question timeout in which the question will be closed automatically to limit the answer time for each question.

Acceptance criteria:

the timeout should be configurable during game creation
a countdown timer should be visible while question is open
after countdown is completed (server side), the question is closed
