Accelerated access to the official site from Chinese territories

Describe the solution you'd like

Switching deploy site from GitHub page to aliyun ECS.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Considered the use of global acceleration, and other CDN solutions, after being tested, deployed to the Singapore node can take into account the domestic and other areas access.
