What I did
There was a new release to storybook (5.3.20) which includes a fix for the storybook/core webpack config that in turn resolves the issue with addons not loading in react-native-server.
I updated all the dependencies in this pr, technically the fix is in core specifically but it makes sense to update them all anyway I think.
