to their latest. They had thisansi-html
ReDoS vulnerability and switched over toansi-html-community

It looks like
broccoli-middleware
,broccoli
, andwebpack-dev-server
also haveansi-html
as a dependency. Webpack dev server did do a fix recently but that would be a major bump since storybook uses3.11.2
so I left that out. The other two still need the change.
