Description
This PR introduces the possibility of a cross-royalty policy remix. All IPs have a vault associated and each new IP may give a certain % of its royalty tokens to each royalty policy contract that is part of its ancestry.
The token-centric remix allows IPs originating from different royalty policies (ie. if apps have different royalty policies) to be remixed together.
