This PR introduces an enhancement to the AccessController by adding support for batch setting permissions. This new feature allows set multiple permissions in a single call.
Testing and Coverage:
The changes have been thoroughly tested for both positive and negative scenarios. The test suite has been expanded to cover these new changes, achieving 100% test coverage for the code modifications related to batch setting permissions.
