Previously the project was built as a static library. Add an option
STDGPU_BUILD_SHARED_LIBSto allow users to build it as a shared library. The default value is set toBUILD_SHARED_LIBRARIESin order to follow the globally preferred version. However, users can still manually setSTDGPU_BUILD_SHARED_LIBSto force building the library in the desired way.Fixes #12
