unordered_base: Fix allocate() call #66

In #61, allocator_traits have been introduced. However, during the port to this new class, a regression in the deprecated 2-parameter createDeviceObject factory function of unordered_base has been introduced leading to compilation failure. Fix this issue by calling the allocate() function with the correct number of parameters.
