Mapper for parsing langfuse traces to standard format

Description

Adds a mapper to convert data stored in langfuse to the standardised format. This enables directly loading pre-generated traces stored in langfuse for evals. This PR however, does not contribute a client to retrieve traces from langfuse (provide some basic code for examples)
