Closes: #676

This pr:

  • upgrades to sdk 50
  • upgrades to what'll likely become ibc 8
  • upgrades to a version of wasmd that uses ibc 8
  • [DANGER ZONE] removes the beginblockevents section from chain.go on mere instinct, vibing that similar changes had been needed in the ibc upgrade.
  • upgrades go to 1.20
