Confirm new connected device IOT handler #5
Description
When a user wishes to add a IOT device to their Streembit Gateway hub, they can enable joining pairing from the Streembit UI IOT 'Control Hub' tab
Once the seconds timer has reached 0 we should open a dialogue box to confirm the device which has connected to the Streembit Gateway.
