Importing a zip file for about 1,800 notes in 16 notebooks coming from Evernote, the process completed "Import completed", but gave one error "1 errors occured":
Error when importing: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')

image

Was using Chrome at the time.

After verification in Notesnook:

  • all but one notebooks have the correct number of notes
  • One notebook is missing one note (of no importance), while also having one that is empty (again of no importance)
  • A quick spot check showed that notes in other notebooks appear to be OK (in no way exhaustive)

After the import, there was a constantly updating message in the taskbar: updating attachments (140/1475), with the number increasing, which appears to be a standard background task completing the import. It completed/stopped after about 30 minutes, as far as I know.

I also did the CRTL+SHIFT+I that I saw requested in another similar thread, although not exactly at the time of the import (about an hour later). I save the file and attached it here
app.notesnook.com-1724784322616.log

The only other thing that I can think of is that my account email address was not confirmed at the time of the import. It is now.

All in all, it seems everything work except for that one notebook. Is there a reason for me not to trust what was imported?

Thanks,

Had the same issue. The problem is that I can't find the missing notes (I have 3 with that issue). How can we spot the failed one? @thecodrr

This issue has been fixed (I think). Please wait for the new version of the app to try the import again.
