Use Compose BOM for Compose related dependencies

Summary

• See bom to version mapping here: https://developer.android.com/jetpack/compose/bom/bom-mapping
• Uses 2023.5.0 BOM, which effectively updates compose to 1.4.3
• Compose compiler is not included on the BOM as it depends on the project Kotlin version
