Summary

Support refundApplicationFee and reverseTransfer options in in-person refunds.

Motivation

For in-person refunds the dev app is missing the refundApplicationFee and reverseTransfer options.

I think we also need updates in the SDK implementation to support the new params.

The iOS and Android mappers seem to miss optionally setting these:
