Nest (re-use) the same node in multiple nodes (deployment diagram)

Is there a way to nest the same deploymentNode or infrastructureNode in multiple deploymentNodes?
I have not found any example diagram showing this (or a way to do it) but a cluster (AWS ECS, DBs, k8s) usually spans more than one node (e.g. VPC subnet or AWS region).

The intended outcome would be something like this:

There isn't I'm afraid - you'd need to add the same elements in both regions/AZs/subnets, perhaps with a group around the parent elements; for example:

FWIW, this is a limitation with any directed graph-based modelling/diagramming tool that expects every node to have only a single parent ... including PlantUML, Mermaid, Graphviz, etc too.
