Source maps for weapon-regex would be published with a local path of the build server (
/home/runner/work/weapon-regex/weapon-regex/core/src/main/scala/weaponregex/extension/RegexTreeExtension.scala) which could never be resolved. With this change, they are published linking to their content on github: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/stryker-mutator/weapon-regex/v0.6.0/core/src/main/scala/weaponregex/extension/RegexTreeExtension.scala
