index.sh: take a command

I've been thinking I can do better than just "leave a message to execute":
- c[onsole]: temporarily bail out to a new shell, when that shell exits you'll return to editing
- y[es] [optional name to save script with]: executes the script

Anything else results in an error and nothing gets executed.
