Edit and Format functions enhancement

What's new

• insert link option and shortcut added
• removed *, + list, 1) list options and shortcuts (still available in sources)
• task list now toggles

Dictionary indicator

• Is very similar to Statistics. Implemented as a spellcheck widget in the status bar.
• Shows the subset of preferred languages within installed ones, lets to select one and switch between them.
• Set up in the ghostwriter.conf as Spelling/favoriteLocales=de_DE, en_US-large, ru_RU).
• Changes made are reflected in settings, but not vice versa. Maybe fix later.

Known bugs

inherited from upstream:

• In order to focus the preview, need to click it once. Toggling auto-focuses it afterwards.
• Preview renders slowly when 2 or more files opened.
