What a PR commit history lol. Tried to get caching to work in CI, but alas it did not. Docker caching does work locally. I outlined what the current behavior is in #93.
This PR mainly updates the CI to use the self-hosted runner I now have set up, the docker caching mentioned above, and a nightly workflow.
