when running from the console, it logs the current date and time in UTC to allow the coder to know the time and date without having to exit full screen

when running the website from the console, it logs the current date and time in UTC and shows it on the console to allow the coder to know the time and date without having to exit full screen. This allows for the coder to use the time and date without having to disrupt their flow of mind.
