SU2_CFD_AD debug build segfaults for centered schemes

**Describe the bug**
Like the title says. It seems to have something to do with AD preaccumulation, **debugoptimized (-Og) works fine**, valgrind has nothing to say on the matter \\\_(-)\_/

**To Reproduce**
e.g. run the Arina2K case with a debug build.
