Crawler Doesn't seems to work

Hello, the crawler is supposed to add websites to the db I guess but I tryed to change everything that could make the crawler not work but in vain. Is it just too old?

The code should work with PHP versions 5.3 and above. The regular expressions in DOM file cause compatibility issues with PHP 7.3 and later versions.
